Currently, I oversee multi-site contact center operations while reducing client churn 20% and workforce attrition 15%. Known for developing leaders—mentoring managers into directors, directors into VPs, and a district manager into SVP—I'm a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt who combines operational excellence with people-first leadership.
